If you’re buying a home and need a home inspection I strongly recommend you call Hawkeye Inspections. Most inspectors are in and out in 2 hours which isn’t enough time for a detailed inspection. Bill doesn’t have a time limit, he works until everything is checked thoroughly. If you choose to walk with him during the inspection he will explain what he’s looking for and give details on issues he finds and what it’ll take to correct it. You will know more about the home than the current owners at the end of the inspection.
